Shawn Beard is the president and founder of Destiny Lending. A Colorado native, Beard has lived most of his life in Colorado with the exception of attending college in Arizona. His professional background is in the mortgage industry, business management, and private business. Beard believes a work environment should focus on teamwork, communication and employees. 'I run this company like it's my second family,' says Beard. 'Because of the focus on teamwork and communication, I believe we have created an environment that has synergy and is a great place to work!' Beard enjoys spending his time with his wife and two children, ages five and three.
